Shipping & Handling

We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within one or two business days. Domestic shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with the carrier determined by us. Orders ship from New York and should arrive within 3 to 6 business days within the United States. For overnight delivery send us an e-mail and we will try to meet your needs. International orders may take an additional day or two to process, and will be sent with the United States Postal Service. Please note, orders to Russia and Ukraine require us to visit the Post Office to ship in person, so can add time to process. Delivery times to international addresses are difficult to estimate, and may be as long as two or three weeks. If the actual shipping cost is substantially lower than what you are charged (as can happen with light weight items like pocket squares), we will send a partial refund for the difference.

Discounts

Customers occasionally ask if we offer special discounts for larger orders or forum members. We do not. Our goods are almost always sold with a lower markup than is usual, and we do not build in a discount into an inflated retail price. The idea is that customers can buy what they want when they see it, early in a season, rather than waiting until for a "secret" code or a "special friends and family sale".

Returns

Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Please include your order number with the return. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items in original condition so please ensure proper packaging, and we encourage you to ship any returns with tracking--USPS Priority Mail is fine. We do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping. Once your items are returned, please note that it may take up to a week to process the refund. At this time we do not accept returns on international orders. Sales of items marked "final sale" are final and cannot be returned for refund or credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item you've purchased for another item, the fastest way to get the goods is to place a new order and return the original order for a refund.

Colors

We make every effort to display the colors of the merchandise that appears on this site accurately. Because actual colors and shades depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will be identical to the actual colors of the merchandise.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party, and we will not share your personal information with any unaffiliated party without your consent.
